Dr. John Harris
I've been coaching civilian and military leaders for the past 19 years, with a focus on helping them bridge the gap between their heartfelt dreams and the practical realities they face. I find great joy in aiding church and non-profit leaders in enhancing their leadership abilities and fostering more cohesive teams.
My background includes serving as a chaplain in the United States Air Force, where I provided guidance to military leaders on morale, religious matters, and supported them through personal challenges inherent to military leadership. Currently, my main commitment is to support churches and non-profits as a full-time consultant and leadership coach.
I'm recognized for conducting transformative workshops that cultivate genuine unity and boost productivity by nurturing emotional intelligence.
I completed my education at the University of Central Arkansas with a B.S. in Sociology, followed by a degree from Memphis Theological Seminary (M.Div.), and later from Gateway Seminary (D.Min).
In my personal life, I reside in Roseville, CA, alongside my incredible wife, Jeanine, and our three wonderful daughters: Elise, Sydney, and Grace.
